STORY BOOK 'FIND YOUR COLOR'

The visual storybook 'Find Your Color' is part of a sequence of connected projects. We started by hand-dying cotton canvas and velvet fabric in 60 different colors in order to create a series of bags where each bag had its unique color combination. We gave each of the 60 colors a title that became the starting point of the production of 60 images to accompany each bag color. By weaving together the titles and accompanying images of the 60 colors an imaginary tale evolved. The story is about Little Wolf, who sets off to explore life outside the pack, to discover what he is made of...Can he find new colors to add to his own without the support and set rules of the pack? This story ~ where reading between the lines is a given ~ is for people & dreamers of all ages...
